1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on the 1fachai platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon successful confirmation from your chosen payment provider, and any processing time or fees imposed by your payment provider are outside the control of 1fachai. You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your account originate from a payment method that is legally owned by you — third-party deposits are not permitted and may trigger a compliance review or account restriction. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same verified payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, and 1fachai reserves the right to request supporting identity or payment documentation before approving any withdrawal. All balances are held in Philippine Peso. Currency conversion requests are not supported on the platform.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered member of 1fachai, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful entertainment and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 1fachai reserves the right to monitor all account activity, investigate suspected violations, and take appropriate action without prior notice. Evidence of prohibited conduct may be shared with relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.
6. Platform Usage Rules and Intellectual Property
All content available on the 1fachai platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the interface — is the exclusive property of 1fachai or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified remaining balance in the PHP wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
